"I had a question about a badge I was ordering. Their customer support was very courteous and even altered my order as needed. A revised proof was sent back in only a few minutes. I placed the order, and it was produced and shipped the next day. Two days later, it was delivered.
I would be happy to recommend Name Tag Country, and will order from them again."

"The product I ordered was backordered, which was the case with most sellers of the product. Conoga contacted me via email to ask me if the delay would be a problem. They gave me the option to wait or to cancel the order. They assured me that I would not be billed until the order was shipped. I appreciated the dialog, and was actually surprised that it was not just a ploy to generate more sales. I have found this to be the case with many camera equipment sellers. When the product became available, it was shipped directly from the supplier, saving shipping time."
